I got so exited when I saw that Rikka from Weekdaycarnival & Emma from Emmasdesign 

were asked by Ferm Living company to make pictures with products from their new collection. 

Rikka is living in Helsinki, Emma in Stockolm and Ferm Living is based in Copenhagen! Why they would like to mix all of this? Well, because the two ladies are one of the leading design bloggers .  I'm such a big fan of Rikka style and her blog is on my list forever…it was really a wow effect when I saw those pictures, and don't know why it took me so long to show it here. What I like most about them? Of course the geometric , minimal style, but at the same time very playful look. I'm sure they had such a fun making it! 

Ferm Living even made whole new catalogue with the inspiring pictures the ladies made… Enjoy!

Antoine's & Leonor's room

Today we are going to visit cute room in Sweden - welcome into the World of Antoine & Leonor.

 I think you can feel and see that each of the elements was selected and put into this room with so much care and love. The creative mom behind this beautiful room  is Peggy who runs inspiring blog Paul&Paula. I'm so happy that she chose Rafa-kids toddler bed for her little boy Antoine. Later it will probably also be a sleeping place for her little girl  Leonor. What not to like about this room?  The wall display looks wonderful and is definitely my favorite element in this room and the tipi! yes, so many dreamy elements which I'm sure make the kids play around and enjoy their magic space.

Inke Heiland - wallpaper animals

I can not believe that Inke Heiland is working already six years!  

I miss some how her simple and beautiful products, how come? 

Maybe because I do not really like wallpaper or wall stickers ?  

but I do like her modern animals ;)  

The idea is so simple : you choose wallpaper that fits your interior, 

and then select a shape of an animal which you would like to have - and that's all.

room for the modern girl

When you think about decorating a little girl room, the dark toddler bed may be not the first choice you will consider. When I saw a new collection for children from scandinavian brand Ferm Living, I was inspired to put brown tones together with beautiful mint and soft pink. I really like our Rafa-kids furniture in dark chocolate color, and I know they will go so well with other products and colors. Small playful room for children

This small room is so playful! 

You don't need a lot of space to create such a great room, do you? The two beds are lifted from the floor and that opens all the possibility to hide and play. There is a small storage under the loft bed, and simple table close by the window. What we need more?

Tent at home for children

Do your children like to hide? My boys love place under the table! 

It is still very cold here, so there is no chance to put a tent outside, or to make one in the forest during the weekend… I thought it will be nice to show you, some cosy tents which we can make at home for our kids. 

  The first tent is made from a stick and a simple pice of fabrics + the matters + some pillows and that's all . 

We are ready to play!

Children's Room styling on Pinterest

I joined the Pinterest few months ago ( for the ones which are not familiar with it, I can simply say it is a big internet mood board , where you can collect interesting pictures and select them by subjects) What I like is that Pinterest add automatically link to a original source of the picture, so I can always find things back! If I will pin properly of course. Almost 3.000 people are following me out there! This really surprise me because I'm on Pinterest every now and then.  My board : " Children's Room styling " is the most popular one.
